about

The story of a person struggling with their inner demons and addictions. While this is happening their surroundings start to slowly rot and decay much like their spirit and asks the age old question, where is God’s Love when everything is falling apart in your own life and all around you?

lyrics

Strung out on the dirty road a Holy Moly Rolls

Creeps up slowly like a snake, for my soul

Ain’t got nothin’ left my friend I’m desolate and cold

Duck back down the Avenue cross the Boulevard

Drag myself so far away, life is hard

Hustle round for shady smiles and crash in some backyard

Trash cans line the streets the garbage trucks are broke down

Is the Lord above

One junkyard two mills sleepin’ on the hillside

Lord was up above

Smokestacks traintracks travel in a wolfpack

Is the Lord above

Old churches fallin’ down nobody seems to care how

Lord is up above

Where is your love

Lay my burdens down in blood and write down my goodbyes

Outside billowing clouds of smoke, solar blind

Spiritual suicide running wild this place it slowly dies

Blackmail blasphemy rip me off in the name of the King

I said railroad robbery stop this train ‘fore it kills me

Now I’m shook down with a broken back there’s too much weight and I’m starting to crack

And I can see my spot that hole in the ground I’ve been lost so long I might never be found

Trash cans line the streets the garbage trucks are broke down

Is the Lord above

One junkyard two mills sleepin’ on the hillside

Lord was up above

Smokestacks traintracks travel in a wolfpack

Is the Lord above

Old churches fallin’ down nobody seems to care how

Lord is up above
